The ocean is the most fascinating and mysterious environment on earth. The ocean covers over 71% of the world’s surface and is so large that it has been divided up into 5 individual oceanic divides. The largest ocean out of the 5 is the Pacific Ocean, which is roughly the same size as all of the land on earth, put together.

The ocean is the most diverse ecosystem on earth. It is accountable for 96% of the world’s water supply and over 70% of the oxygen that we breathe. However, every day, our ocean is being pushed to the point of disaster.
